Do you cut keys, do car keys, or open safes?
What We Cover
No. We focus on door and building locks for homes and businesses — lockouts, repairs, replacements, and uPVC and multipoint mechanisms. We don't cut or copy keys, work on car or vehicle keys, or open safes. For those you'll want a specialist in that area.
How quickly can you get to me?
Speed
It depends where you are and how busy we are, but most local jobs are same-day and we give you a realistic ETA when you call — an honest time, not a vague 'sometime today'. We're open from 8am until midnight, seven days a week.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Pricing
Yes. There's no call-out fee, we diagnose the problem first, and we tell you the price before any work begins. The price we agree is the price you pay — if anything changes once we open up the lock, we stop and explain before continuing.
How do I know I can trust you?

Every engineer is DBS-checked and shows ID on arrival, we're covered by £2M public liability insurance, and we don't subcontract — the person who quotes is the person who does the work. You're dealing with a local, family-run locksmith, not a national call centre.
Are you a 24-hour locksmith?
Hours
We're open late — from 8am until midnight, every day — which covers the vast majority of lockouts and lock problems. We don't advertise as an all-night service, because we'd rather be honest about when a real engineer can actually reach you.
