No call-out fee — when you accept the quoted work
Plenty of trades hide the call-out fee somewhere else. Ours is just arithmetic you can check.
You describe the job, we give you one all-in figure — total price — no VAT added — before we set off or touch a tool. You'll have your price in writing before we set off.
The figure cannot grow at your door. If anything unexpected turns up, we stop and re-agree first. Don't go ahead? You pay nothing.
You pay when the job's done and you're happy with it — card, bank transfer or payment link. 12-month workmanship guarantee (terms apply) on all of it.
