How we work in your home
Most of our home call-outs are one of three things — you're locked out, a lock has failed, or you want the locks changed after moving in or losing a key. Whatever it is, you get a fixed quote before any work starts, and that quote is the total price — no VAT added.
If a part is needed, it's named and priced in writing before it's fitted. You pay at completion, and the workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. The locksmith is DBS-checked and shows ID at the door.

One price, day or evening
We’re open 8am–midnight, every day, and the price is the same at 9pm as it is at 9am — nothing is added after 6pm. Typically with you in 30–45 minutes. We’ll confirm your exact ETA when you call — no overpromising.
