Locks (Type, Grade, Condition)
Every lock identified: type, manufacturer, security grade. Are they anti-snap? Insurance compliant? Signs of wear, quality of installation, key control considerations.
Windows (Latches, Restrictors)
All accessible windows: latch type, lock condition, key presence. Restrictors for ventilation security. Glass type if relevant. Special attention to ground floor and easily reached windows.
Frames (Strength, Vulnerabilities)
Frame material and condition. Rot, damage, weakness. How locks engage with the frame—strike plate depth, reinforcement. Frames are often the failure point, not locks.
