One figure, fixed
A couple of quick questions about the door and the lock, then one all-in figure — the total price — no VAT added. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Your price in writing
You'll have your price in writing before we set off. The message names the figure, what it covers and your arrival window. For planned work, the written quote also says how long it stands — reply YES and you're booked in.
Then we set off
One of our own DBS-checked locksmiths — never subcontracted. ID shown at your door. Payment at completion — never before we start, never chased after.
