The most common job is the simplest one — changing the locks between tenancies, so the new tenant is the only key-holder. We also handle lockouts, failed mechanisms and repairs at tenanted properties across the patch, whether it's a single flat or a portfolio.
Every job starts with a fixed quote in writing, so you or your agent can approve a known total before any work happens — the total price, no VAT added, with any part named and priced in writing before it's fitted. Payment is at completion.

Paperwork you can file
Everything is in writing: the fixed quote before the work, the part before it’s fitted, and a 12-month workmanship guarantee after it. The locksmith attending your property is DBS-checked and shows ID at the door, and we carry £2.5M public liability insurance (Barclays).
