Shop and office doors take far more use than a front door at home, so worn locks and failing mechanisms are the most common reason we're called. We repair where a repair is honest, and replace where it isn't — and we'll tell you which is which before you commit to anything.
Being open 8am–midnight every day means most work can happen outside your trading hours without an out-of-hours premium — the price is the same in the evening as it is in the morning.

Everything in writing
You get a fixed quote before any work starts — the total price, no VAT added. Any part is named and priced in writing before it’s fitted, payment is at completion, and workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. We carry £2.5M public liability insurance (Barclays), and the locksmith is DBS-checked and shows ID at the door.
