How working with us goes
- A fixed quote before any work starts — never an estimate, and nothing added after 6pm.
- Any part is named and priced in writing before it is fitted.
- Itemised invoices at completion — total price, no VAT added.
- Response 8am–midnight, every day. Typically with you in 30–45 minutes; we’ll confirm your exact ETA when you call — no overpromising.
- A 12-month workmanship guarantee on every job.
Who turns up
One of our own regular, DBS-checked locksmiths — ID shown at the door. You deal with the owner directly: when you call, you speak to George, the owner and a working locksmith.
